Warranty & Protection Policy
Most online shops in Singapore do not provide any warranty or protection for baby products since most distributors and manufacturers do not offer these in the first place. To provide customers with peace of mind when purchasing from us, we have worked out special arrangements with a few distributors and manufacturers to address such limitations that exist in the current market. As warranty and protection policy might vary drastically from one brand to another, please read the following carefully to understand what items and which areas are covered by our warranty and protection policy.
This warranty and protection policy applies strictly for items purchased directly from us and our authorized partners. Proof of purchase (e.g. electronic receipts, SMS messages, WhatsApp messages or emails) will be required for claims.
Standard Warranty (for Haenim play yards only)
• We provide 14 days limited warranty that covers only defects in materials and workmanship.
• These defects have to be confirmed and agreed by the distributor first before an exchange can happen.
• We reserve the right to reject any claim request at our sole discretion.
Standard Warranty (for all juni june products)
• We provide 1 month limited warranty that covers only defects in materials and workmanship.
• These defects have to be confirmed and agreed by the distributor first before an exchange can happen.
• We reserve the right to reject any claim request at our sole discretion.
‘weCAREmore’ Protection (for juni june play yards only)
• ‘weCAREmore’ Protection only applies to the 4 Sided and 6 Sided Deluxe Fabric play yards. It does not cover the mattress that comes along with it.
• It costs a flat fee of S$40 and has to be purchased within 5 working days from the date of purchasing the play yard.
• It increases the Standard Warranty coverage to 1 full year from the date of your original purchase. It also adds 2 cases of accidental damage coverage over this one year period, subject to a service fee of S$30 each. The accident details have to be provided as part of the claiming process.
• To avoid anyone from abusing this protection, you will need to bring the item to our warehouse that is conveniently located in Oxley BizHub along Paya Lebar Road for checks. Once the issue has been verified and confirmed to be allowed under this policy, the damaged item will either be repaired or replaced upon receiving the service fee. Please kindly make prior arrangement with us first before coming down as the warehouse opening hours are subjected to changes.

• We reserve the right to provide an alternative solution at our sole discretion if the product to be replaced is no longer sold by us or available to us.

• We provide 1 month limited warranty that covers only defects in materials and workmanship.
• These defects have to be confirmed and agreed by the distributor first before an exchange can happen.
• We reserve the right to reject any claim request at our sole discretion.
Extended Warranty (for Nihonikuji play yards only)
• Extended Warranty costs a flat fee of S$25 and has to be purchased within 5 working days from the date of purchasing the play yard.
• It increases the Standard Warranty coverage to 1 full year from the date of your original purchase. It also covers a total of 2 cases of defects over this one year period for the door’s locking mechanism and the musical device. If these items are found to malfunction without abuse and mishandling by anyone, a free repair will be provided. If repair is not possible, a free one-to-one replacement will be offered. We will take back the replaced item.
• To avoid anyone from abusing this extended warranty, you will need to bring the item to our warehouse that is conveniently located in Oxley BizHub along Paya Lebar Road for checks. Once the issue has been verified and confirmed to be allowed under this policy, it will either be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please kindly make prior arrangement with us first before coming down as the warehouse opening hours are subjected to changes.

‘weCAREmore’ Protection (for Nihonikuji play yards only)
• ‘weCAREmore’ Protection costs a flat fee of $40 and has to be purchased within 5 working days from the date of purchasing the play yard.
• It includes the Extended Warranty coverage. It also adds 1 case of accidental damage coverage to the activity panel and another case of accidental damage coverage to the non-activity panel over this one year period, subject to service fees of S$35 and S$25 respectively. The accident details have to be provided as part of the claiming process.
• To avoid anyone from abusing this protection, you will need to bring the item to our warehouse that is conveniently located in Oxley BizHub along Paya Lebar Road for checks. Once the issue has been verified and confirmed to be allowed under this policy, the damaged panel will either be repaired or replaced upon receiving the service fee. Please kindly make prior arrangement with us first before coming down as the warehouse opening hours are subjected to changes.
