If you find any of our products at a lower price, including shipping charge, anywhere on the internet or in a local retail store, simply contact us and show us the lower price. We will match the price! Unlike many other online shops, our price match promise applies to both before and after your purchase so that you can shop at our site with even more confidence. Please read the following carefully to understand better our Price Match Promise.

Terms & Conditions

(1) This Price Match Promise covers all our products and is strictly meant for items purchased directly from us at PlayYardandPlayMat.com.sg site.

(2) We will match anywhere on the internet or in any local retail store, as long as they are authorized resellers for that item. We reserve the right to verify their authorization.

(3) Shipping charges, taxes and discounts, if any, have to be applied into the overall pricing for the price match.

(4) Both items must be 100% identical, including brand, size, weight, color, quantity, content and model number.

(5) The conditions of sale must be identical (such as similar product conditions, similar delivery timeframe and similar warranty).

(6) The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price during the time when a price match is requested.

(7) The price may be presented to us in the form of a printed advertisement, displayed on a mobile device or in any form as long as it displays clearly a current date, retail price and shipping charges if any.

(8) We may limit the quantity of the price matched item. In addition, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of this item sold to a customer.

(9) Price match before purchase:

Simply contact us before making the purchase to obtain a unique discount code. This code will apply upfront discount to equal the pricing at the other shop and will only be provided if all the price match conditions have been met.

Price match after purchase:

Simply contact us within 7 days after making the purchase. If all the price match conditions have been met, the price difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note, which can be used to offset future purchase from us. In general, it will be issued within 7 days of accepting the price match. This credit note is non-transferrable and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Exclusions

(1) Price match excludes free items, purchase with purchase, bundle deals, sponsored items, used items, refurbished items, open packages and items that are advertised as limited time, limited supply and limited quantity.

(2) We do not price match against flea market, closing down, liquidation, clearance, warehouse, anniversary and grand opening sales.

(3) We do not price match against flash / deal sites and auction sites.

(4) We do not price match against bulk or group purchase.

(5) Items purchased at any baby fairs under any discount schemes (such as star buys and pre-orders sales) are not eligible for the price match.

(6) We are unable to price match against free items where no qualifying purchase is required.

(7) We do not price match if the item pricing is due to membership discount, VIP discount or credit / debit card discount.

(8) We do not and are unable to price match against pricing errors or typo errors.
