Exchange & Return Policy

Please note that exchange is allowed for defective items, while return is allowed for non-defective items only if the items are un-used, un-opened, in their original conditions and with undamaged packaging. Both exchange and return are strictly meant for items purchased directly from us and our authorized partners. Please read the following carefully before contacting us for exchange or return.

Exchange Policy

For defective items only

(1)In rare cases whereby the items are defective upon arrival, please inform us via email, SMS, phone call or WhatsApp within 7 days from the date of delivery for replacement. State clearly your order number, the defects and provide more details (such as photos or videos) regarding the defects whenever possible.

 

(2)The defects have to be confirmed either by the distributors or the manufacturers. Upon confirmation, a one-to-one replacement will be sent to you either by us or the distributor.

(3)A full cash refund will be allowed only if a similar replacement is no longer available.

Return Policy (30 Days Money Back Guarantee)

For non-defective items only

(1) We understand that people might change their minds or might not be happy with the products they ordered. If the products did not meet your needs, we want to know about it. Your satisfaction is very important to us and your feedback will help us to further improve our services and product offerings. We respect your decision and will allow return within 30 days from the date of delivery, even if the products are perfectly alright. This is our ‘30 Days Money Back Guarantee’.

(2)Please contact us via email, SMS, phone call or WhatsApp for return arrangement. State clearly your order number.

(3)All return items have to be un-used, un-opened, in their original conditions and with undamaged packaging.

(4)This Money Back Guarantee does not apply to food items and personal hygiene items, such as underwear, bras and breast pads.

(5) You will be responsible for the shipping costs involved. We offer a pickup service to facilitate the return at a flat rate of S$20 (i.e. S$10 each for delivery and handling). Alternatively, you can bring the items to our warehouse that is conveniently located in Oxley BizHub along Paya Lebar Road. The handling fee will be S$10. Please kindly make prior arrangement with us first before coming down as the warehouse opening hours are subjected to changes.

(6)The return will be accepted only after the conditions of the items have been verified and confirmed. We do our best to accept all returns.

(7)The accepted return will be refunded in the form of a credit note, which can be used to offset future purchase from us. In general, it will be issued within 7 days of accepting the return. This credit note is non-transferrable and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

(8) The value of the credit note will be the actual price of the return items during the time of purchase. Delivery fee incurred during the initial purchase, if any, will not be refunded.

(9) We reserve the right to reject any return item that is found to be in unsuitable or unacceptable conditions (such as used item or damaged packaging). If the return is rejected, you will need to bear the shipping costs in sending the items back to you.
