Delivery Fee

We offer free courier delivery services within Singapore mainland for orders above S$100. Orders less than S$100 will incur a low and flat delivery fee of S$10.

Processing Time

We are committed to process all paid orders and deliver them within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date payment is received in our accounts. We don’t give empty promises and in fact, will usually deliver within 3 working days. However, some orders may take longer to process and deliver during peak seasons, sales periods and when we participate in baby fairs. Delays may also due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our controls. We seek your kind understanding and patience on this.

In cases where you need the goods urgently, we would encourage you to opt for self-collection at our warehouse that is conveniently located in Oxley BizHub along Paya Lebar Road. Please kindly make prior arrangement with us first before coming down as the warehouse opening hours are subjected to changes.

Delivery Arrangement

You will receive an email, a SMS, a phone call or a WhatsApp message for delivery arrangement before the orders will be delivered to you. Once the arrangement has been confirmed and the courier has been dispatched, a re-delivery fee will be imposed if you are not available during the agreed time slot. We seek your kind understanding on this.

Re-delivery Fee

We work hard to find the best and most efficient way to deliver the orders to you within the shortest time. To keep our operation cost reasonably low and to ensure everyone gets the orders fast, we need your cooperation to be available during the agreed delivery time slot to avoid delays to other customers. If you are not available during the agreed delivery time slot, a re-delivery and handling fee of S$15 (in total) will be imposed.
